It applies to this public website only, not to your organisation's dedicated TradePacer CRM installation, which is governed by separate agreements.

• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.
• Session data: a session cookie used for CSRF protection on forms (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use information

Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry, schedule demos, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information. We retain submission records only as long as needed for business correspondence and security logs.

Third parties

By default, this website does not embed third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If we enable email delivery, form notifications are sent via configured SMTP, your message is transmitted to our mail provider for delivery only.

When a product overview video is published, it may be embedded from YouTube (privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com). Playing that video loads content from Google/YouTube under their terms and privacy policy.
